Schedule: Monday–Friday

Salary: $82,500–$95,000 + company truck for business use

Summary:

As the Access Road Condition Data Lead, responsibilities include:

• Serving as the primary liaison between the data management team and the field team
• Translating OMP road standards and inspection requirements into field-executable ESRI data models and SOPs
• Managing QA/QC processes, field audits, and audit debrief reporting
• Supervising field data collectors and professional services contractors (PSCs)
• Coordinating with stakeholders including engineering, permitting, compliance, safety, and the U.S. Forest Service

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in GIS, geography, engineering, natural resources, forestry, environmental science, or a related field
• 5+ years of fieldwork experience focused on geospatial data collection
• Experience supervising field teams and managing QA/QC processes
• Proficiency with Esri products (ArcGIS, ArcGIS Online, FieldMaps, Survey 123, or similar mobile mapping tools)
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and extensive experience driving in off-road conditions
